The cost will be $40; it will be held at Shift Performance 145 Iber Road at 9PM. Instructor will be Brad from skating4you. He has many years of skating instructing experience and collaborates with us. See our facebook page to see pictures!

Practices/Training Program
We provide a program that provides Hockey practices/training for beginners to intermediate players. Our program is semi-formal with some skills center training and usually finishes with 3 vs 3 scrimmage. Great for men and women looking to learn or brush up on their skills in order to be ready to play .
