Whether you’re brand new to the game or building your skills, OWBH’s Spring League and April 3-on-3 Tournament offer a fun, fast, and supportive environment for adult men and women of Beginner to low-intermediate skill levels.

This is a non-contact, zero-tolerance, coed league designed for safety, development, and FUN. Every player touches the puck more. Every shift feels like a highlight. And every week… You get better.

🌸❄️ Spring 2026 Hockey League (March 16–June 22)

2-3 Teams • 6-7 Skaters Each • 1 Goalie each • Coed • Beginner–Low Intermediate

The Spring League expands to 3 full teams, could include the following names:

Players can expect a fun, friendly league structure built around development, pace, and teamwork.Games will exclude holidays and follow OWBH’s signature non-contact / zero-tolerance format to keep the environment safe and welcoming.

Alongside the full Spring League, we’re launching a special Spring 3-on-3 Tournament in April 2026 — a full week of small-area, high-energy gameplay featuring three OWBH favourites:

This tournament is designed for 18 players and 3–4 goalies.
